Bed & Breakfast Rooms:  
We only offer a continental breakfast. There are plenty of places to eat in town just 10 mins away.
Each room has ensuite bath/shower. Coffeemaker/TV/fridge.
Quarter Horse Room $65 per night plus Tax
Thoroughbred Room $65 
Tennessee Walking Horse Room $85
Mule Lodge $125.00 (Appartment with 2 bedrooms,bathroom/ utility room, kitchen, dining room,sittimng room TVs, etc)

Trail Rides and lessons from $35 for 1 hr per person

Arena/Facility Rental: $400 per day

Stalls: $20 per night includes first night shavings, multi horse discount.

Pasture Board: Includes feed twice a day : $250 per horse per month (no frills!!)

Full Board and Stall in SHow Barn
$450 per month. includes grain/hay twice a day, private tack locker.Paddock turn in and out. Use of horse walker, and use of all facilities

Half and Half:  $350 includes feed twice a day.
Primarily lives out,  but will be guaranteed a stall and brought in when weather is  rough; brought in for blacksmith etc. Private tack locker.

Exercise Riding: $15 per session

RV/Trailer Hookups: 24 hookups available
$20 per night.  Electric and Water only. No dump station, but we can organise a visit from the portta potty man for you.
